The inbound sailing on the 25th had a lot of traffic to discharge before boarding commenced and use of a mezzanine deck was required on your sailing. In order to minimise loading times, the main deck was loaded whilst C deck was still being discharged. Coaches were loaded first as they don't fit under the mezzanine deck and priority customers are deliberately not put on mezzanine decks as they are the last to be discharged. Once C deck had finished discharging priority customers were loaded and you should have been the first to disembark at Southampton. I hope this makes sense.
