The deck crews load the ship's based on what's booked but sometimes not everybody arrives in time for their sailing - traffic hold-ups being the most common reason. I hope this answers your question, thanks for travelling with us.

I always enjoy travelling with Red Funnel because the staff are welcoming and helpful the food and service is good and value for money. Plus Red Funnel Ferry's are cheaper than their rivals.

Sorry to hear this.Southampton's road network has had its problems this last week due to road works in the vicinity of Dock Gate 4, made worse by visiting cruise ships using the Ocean Terminal. Thankfully it's not the norm.
