good trip both ways but the pet area on the red falcon could have been cleaner.

Service good except: Unlike Wightlink, if you happen to turn up earlier than your off-peak booking and there is room, you still charge the extra. Wightlink don't. Bar didn't open on on 1930 sailing...

Easily accessible and efficient service with friendly staff.

We had a good journey going across to IOW we have refreshments and sandwishes which we both found very fresh and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the same coming back to UK.

Long queue at vehicle check in - could have done with another person at the booth sooner. Prices of tea and coffee are extortionate.
