Unfortunately Red Osprey is in refit so we were unable to substitute the ship. Our own engineers in conjunction with external contractors worked throughout the day to rectify the problem which required the dismantling of quite a lot of pipework.Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Normally we would have taken the ship out of service but unfortunately with Red Osprey in refit it would have meant cancelling her sailings and causing even more inconvenience.
