Thank you for your feedback we have passed your comments regarding student fares to our executive team to look into. We are currently investing in improving our passenger areas and the Red Falcon is currently in refit and will be finished by Easter 2014, this refit will see an improvement in the passenger seating and this will also be more pet friendly. From listening to feedback regarding the pet areas the onboard team have decided to allow customers travelling with pets to travel within the accommodation however this is restricted to certain areas, these are; -Top Deck lounge on Red Eagle -Port side Cowes end on both Osprey & Falcon (pending refits Customer Services
