Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. We don't seem to have recieved any emails from you in regards to your order - this order has not been delayed.
As mentioned on the product page at the time of your order, the Tea Cup Stool is made to order and has an estimated delivery time of 15 - 20 working days, as this is made and dispatched direct from the manufacturer.
You placed the order on the 5th January, so 15 - 20 working days takes you up to between the 26th Jan - 2nd Feb latest (as weekends are not considered working days).
In future, if you have any issues with orders, please contact the businesses first before leaving negative reviews so they can help try to rectify any issues, or in this case, elaborate on information you may have missed when placing the order.
