Following our earlier correspondence, thanks for taking the additional time to add your review to our Feefo page. Unfortunately, despite us preparing advice regarding to smooth your way through the airport on arrival, it appears that this information failed to appear on your final travel documentation. We have looked into the cause of this and believe that we have solved the problem, however we do apologise for the confusion that this must have caused you at the start of your holiday. We are very much aware of the important role our leaders play in ensuring that everyone has a well organised as well as sale and enjoyable holiday and we have discussed your concerns with the leaders of this trip. If you have any queries about the experience or knowledge of our leaders (or anything else) relating to a future holiday, we're always happy to provide you with the information you need to help you book the right holiday.
