Thank you for taking the time to leave honest feedback with us. We have since emailed you to shed some light on the reasons why you may not have been able to renew online.
Due to date restrictions, as stated in your renewal notice you received from us, the last chance to renew online was 27th March. This is to cover weekends and bank holidays as there is nobody in the office to process renewals at these times.
We appreciate that you may not wish to be contacted via phone in future. To ensure we can facilitate this, can you please reply to our email asking to delete your contact number(s) from the system. This way, your number(s) cannot be loaded into the automatic dialling system and you will not be contacted.
We hope this experience does not deter
