I was able to match bearings to a 1937 radial engine starter, and received them promptly. Getting parts quickly makes the job not hold up space in the shop and happy customers.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay you experienced receiving your order. As you quite rightly pointed out, our usual service within the UK is 1-2 working days. Taking a look into this, I can see that the order was placed on the 10th (Thursday), despatched from us the next day on the 11th (Friday), but UPS didn't deliver it until the 15th (Tuesday). I have raised this with the Operations team and they will speak to UPS as, in most circumstances, parcels that are shipped on a Friday are delivered by the Monday. So it's unclear why your order wasn't delivered until the Tuesday. Once again, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused. I have asked the Accounts team to refund your shipping cost for this order. You should receive an email to confirm this within the next 24 hours, but please feel free to contact us directly if there's anything you'd like to discuss further - customerservice@qualitybearingsonline.com.
