Thank you for your feedback John. We're glad to hear that you found the ordering process smooth and easy, and that our pricing and delivery options met your initial expectations. We apologize that the delivery time did not align perfectly with what was expected. With the recent changes in the US it had caused a slight delay of delivery, which is now thankfully resolved. We understand how important accurate timelines are and are actively working with our carriers to improve delivery accuracy and communication. We can assure you this would not occur with your future orders. If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact me on customerservice@qualitybearingsonline.com

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, Derik. We're really pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the bearings you received — that's something we take great pride in. We're truly sorry that your experience with our service didn’t meet your expectations. We strive for fast delivery and clear communication at every stage, and it’s our policy to keep customers fully informed of any delays. It’s clear that we fell short in your case, and for that, I sincerely apologize. I've initiated an internal investigation to understand exactly what went wrong and why you weren’t contacted — as this is certainly not the standard experience we aim to deliver. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify and correct these issues, and we genuinely appreciate your honesty. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance. I can assure you that we are taking this seriously, and your next experience will reflect our usual high standards.
