Your feedback around being pushy with renewals, I can assure you that this is most certainly not our intention or the impression we want to give our customers, we work hard to ensure renewals are seamless and we contact you how you like to do business. Your Account Manager had previously made notes about your renewal contact preference so I can assure you that you won’t feel that way at renewal next time around. We work hard to keep our prices competitive without sacrificing the quality of our service. With Qdos you get other benefits that you won’t find elsewhere such as a free IR35 contract assessment worth £58.80, prices are the same for new and retuning customers and it’s a fully account managed service, so you can speak to the same advisor as often as you need.
