Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos.

Depending on the nature of the information provided, applications can sometimes be referred to our Insurers for assessment. We do have service level agreements with our Insurers but this doesn’t mean we receive their confirmation of offering cover, it can be to request for more information when the details given aren’t sufficient enough for the Insurers to agree to provide cover.

It was chased internally on your behalf but we should have communicated this better to ensure you fully understood the progress of your referral. Please accept my apologies for the lack of communication on our side.
