The QDOS Contractor IR35 insurance product is at best worthless and at worst a scam, as cover will only be extended where it is not needed and refused if there is the slightest chance of any claim...

Thank you Sophie for responding here and in email. Bottom line: Insurance is about the insured paying to transfer risk to the insurer. Qdos is cherry-picking clients who are at zero risk from IR35 investigations. If the clients face zero risk, there is no risk to transfer and no value provided. The only "insurance" is in reassuring nervous uninformed contractors who never had anything to worry about in the first place. The only clients you will sell IR35 cover to do not need it; the only clients who need it you will not sell to. It's a profitable business plan to sell insurance with zero attendant risk. OK service

the knowledge was good and i got the product i wanted, but it took 3 attempts of arranging call backs. they were not very reliable in getting back to me.
