Deliberately misleading

Gave me a free month of a product I didn't ask for, just before my renewal date, then asked me if I wanted to 'renew' all my policies in an attempt to trick me into paying for the new product.

Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos.

An IR35 Insurance was added to your account completely free of charge for two months with no obligation to continue after the cover expired. IR35 Insurance should be a key consideration for all freelancers, giving reassurance that you will not have to fund a costly defence in the event of a PAYE compliance visit or HMRC enquiry.

I can assure you that it is not our intention to mislead customers in any sort of way and there are different opportunities to remove the protection. I apologise if you feel this was inappropriate and for any inconvenience this caused.

We have Service Level Agreements in place to ensure that all correspondence is acknowledged within a certain time so this potentially suggests the initial call back request was not received. I have emailed you directly to establish how you made this call back request to ensure we aren’t missing further contact in the future.
