Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service.Since looking into this matter further I located the email chain in our junk inbox which is the reason why you had yet to receive a reply. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight and delay in getting back to you, I can assure you this is not standard practice. Unfortunately due to human error your cover had not been marked off as not renewing to ensure the renewal would not happen which is why it was still processed despite your request for cover to expire. I have since removed the renewal which was due to start on 21/10/2019 and your cover will simply expire on 20/10/2019.Please accept my apologies that you had to contact us again to notify us of your renewal wishes and any inconvenience caused. I can assure you that no further renewal contact will be made and your protection will expire on 20/10/2019.I have emailed you directly should you wish to contact me. Kind regardsStephanie
