I deducted a star for the failure of the the online service.

The online service would not let me proceed the way I wished. However, contacting a real person by phone proved easy and effortless.

Co říká Trusted Customer o Qdos:

You dont do what you say you will

Call went well but I asked for email confirmation which although promised has not materialised and I therefore have no confirmation that you've done what I asked.

Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service. I understand that you had made some changes to your payment method and renewal which was all correctly processed with an agent over the phone. You requested for this to be outlined in an email so you had all the evidence of the conversation and payments made so far. Please accept my apologies this information was not sent across on the date you requested, I can assure you this is not standard practice. I have emailed across everything you requested in the call so you should have all you need. Please contact me if there is anything else you require. Kind regards Stephanie

Thanks Steph. Email received which was just what was missing. Appreciate your response to my feedback and have adjusted my rating to reflect this. Other than this occasion, my experiences have been positive and this was an excellent response. Kind regards Tim
