Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service.I understand that you purchased a number of insurances on 06/03/2021. You spoke to a member of our Sales Team on 09/03/2021 as you wanted to make a change to one of those insurances. As you were looking to make a change, we needed to cancel the existing insurance and setup a new order. We ran through the statements again but unfortunately you were unsure on a statement which applied to an additional add-on. The call ended with us emailing those questions to you so you could check before confirming. On the existing application made on 06/03/2021, within the order the additional questions do appear as being agreed to. On the rare occasion we have experienced technical issues with application statements being missed, the statements do not appear within the order. Qdos are then alerted to a missing application statement to investigate further and to make contact with the insured. I understand my colleague helped you to process a new order and removed the additional add-on as the statements could not be agreed. The insurances in place are based on your agreement to the statements, but you have mentioned your concern they will not be valid in the future. Good afternoon, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service.I understand that when you applied for insurance with us most recently, due to a change in your services it meant that the application referred as we required some more information before we could accept the risk. Unfortunately there can be back and forth with our Insurers when this happens to ensure we have all of the correct information.Frustratingly it can make it a slower process due to the back and forth, and I apologise if this was not communicated to you.
