Do better QDOS

Whenever you take subscriptions you should always confirm what was done by email - moving forward QDOS ought to be doing this (routinely). But its not being shown to be the case.

I have set reminders on your account to make sure this does not happen again. Our process for automatic renewals is to notify our customers 28 and 10 days prior to the renewal starting to give you ample opportunity to notify us of any changes or to remove the renewal. Apologies this was not done on this occasion. Hi Sorry for delayed reply. Please confirm any new arrangement (especially payments) are comparable to my expenses (monthly outlay) under the 'newest' arrangement due as of November '21. Please confirm that your intervention has not caused any substantial financial detriment. By this I mean I don't expect a huge difference before and after your personal intervention. Example if I currently pay 17 monthly I would be concerned to find i pay an extra 6, 8 or even 10 pounds more monthly. Kindly advise/ in plain words. Thanks in advance.
