Hi there, thank you for your feedback. An invoice is issued for all purchases and is sent alongside the policy documentation in our order confirmation email. I can see this was sent 23rd November, and opened on the same date. Invoices are also available in your online account at any time. I can appreciate that there are multiple documents attached to this email, so your account manager will send the invoice again today. I would however make you aware that the products purchased at the time were not subject to VAT. Insurance products are subject to Insurance Premium Tax (IPT). I trust all is in order, however if we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch. Thanks
