I was impressed by the speedy response from Qdos following this review - thanks, Sophie. Ultimately, I was unable to make adjustments - the end client had to do so (and the issues have been resolved). My comments about the questionnaire being unclear and open to misinterpretation still stand; next time I would go double check the answers with the end client before submitting.

Query responses need to be faster.

Takes a while to get a response to questions which makes you slightly concerned about how the service would would work when it's really needed.

I have looked in to all of your recent correspondence and can see that all emails were responded to within 24 hours in line with our service level agreement. We do have an online chat system which operates 08:30-6pm Monday-Friday, and our telephone lines are also open during these hours, if you do require a more immediate response.
