I understand you did speak with our Customer Experience Manager who arranged for your Local Property Expert to revisit you to discuss the marketing of your property and we are delighted to hear that you achieved the sale of your property. Your concerns were raised with your Local Property Expert and although you accepted that you did not find it prevalent to answer his calls, he is aware that alternative methods of contact could have been used and he will take this on board.

Disappointed
