I understand you have now spoken with Regional Director Hayley Griffiths. You are correct that sharing experiences gives us the chance to reflect and improve our services to benefit future customers. I appreciate that the Local Property Expert wasn’t always available to take calls and in fact on some occasions you were waiting for 24 to 48 hours which is unacceptable. Having spoken to the Local Property Expert in question he is disappointed that the experience has left you feeling and he accepts that he should have been quicker at responding, he will address this moving forward. I hope you settle into your new home well and wish you a bright and happy future.
