Sincere apologies for this delay - unfortunately the delivery company returned your item to us, but did not inform us of this, so we did not know until it arrived back with us last week. We contacted you last week to let you know that your product has now been re-sent and we have refunded the postage.

Many thanks for your feedback. Your order was sent on the day you placed it and delivered the next day. The proof of delivery is signed for by somebody called Luca at 14.11 on 22nd February.
