Thank you for your feedback - we are so sorry for the difficulties that you experienced with your order. Unfortunately there was an error in our stock system when you placed your order meaning that we weren't aware of the stock issues straight away and this is why we did not contact you sooner. As soon as you contacted us we produced the stock to fulfill your order and sent it out with our courier as soon as was possible. Unfortunately, our courier did not follow our delivery instructions which were clearly marked on the order. We have expressed our concerns with them and they have ensured us that this will not be an issue going forwards. Now that you have received your order, we hope that you are happy with your products and that this experience won't stop you from ordering with us in the future.
