Beware, they try to rip you off on renewals
poor, renewals are always an inflated price Treat customers as idiots, try and rip them off

Quick & Easy to Arrange
Easy to get a quote for landlord's insurance. Renewal premiums are always more expensive than "new customer" premiums. Landlords Emergency Cover seems reasonable at £60 but is limited to 3 call outs...

easy to do, no probs, quote price fair, would use again and would recommend. However we did accept and pay for the insurance but then received a message from Bensons later on to ask if we wanted to...
