Lovely and helpful people but disorganised!

Could not order through website. Called and they (George) were very helpful All OK until printing then message that they couldn't access our logo - despite having done so when preparing a sample so...

As discussed on the phone before we had not realised Portrait wallets were what was required to fulfil your order, but as mentioned i would have been more than happy to replace them but i know you had to use them for your event.

Our website was (when you ordered) going through some teething issues as we had just launched a new version of our site so apologies if this disrupted your ordering process.
