We're pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the food, but we're sorry to learn that you found our website challenging to use and that you were disappointed with your customer service experience. We did everything we were able to in this situation. Your request to change the delivery address was emailed at 8:30pm, after your order had already been processed in line with the instructions provided when it was placed. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, and while we aren't able to monitor emails outside of these hours, we aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours. By the time we replied the following day, your order had already been packed and loaded for dispatch, so unfortunately we were unable to amend the delivery address. We understand this was frustrating, and we're sorry we couldn't accommodate your request on this occasion. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us consider how we can better communicate our support hours and response times to customers. Hi We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to realise there was an error with the delivery address, and we do appreciate that you contacted us quickly to try and resolve this. To clarify, your order was placed out of hours for next-day dispatch, and it was packed shortly before our customer support team opened the following morning. By the time we were able to review your email and call later that day, the order had already been processed and was no longer amendable. Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders move through our system very quickly to ensure they reach customers in the best possible condition. For this reason, we ask that any amendments are made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch, as once orders are packed, we’re unable to retrieve or modify them. We’re sorry this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we do appreciate your continued custom.
