As you mention, the venue finding request was a little out of the ordinary as there were not definite instructions for things like precise, location or cuisine. I do hope that some of the venues we suggested were of interest and please do feel free to get in touch again with regard to this or any future private dining requests that you may have as we will be only too pleased to be of assistance!

We sent your enquiry to ten venues which we considered most appropriate, bearing in mind your requirements regarding seating arrangements and spend.

Apologies if some of the venues were not appropriate and we do hope that at least some were.

We sent to 10 venues also in view of the relative imminence of your event to ensure that there would hopefully be availability.

On 26th April at around 1pm we sent your enquiry to the two venues in Birmingham that list in Private Dining Rooms with a private dining room with capacity to accommodate your event.

As we had not heard back from you until this afternoon we assumed that the venues had contacted you as we had requested them to.

I have just telephoned both venues and sent them a copy of the email request that we had sent to them with the request that they contact you immediately with availability, details of room hire and sample menus.

We can only apologise for the venues not replying to you promptly and hope that you will appreciate  that we acted upon your request in a prompt manner and requested the venues to contact you as soon as possible.
