We are sorry that your outbound sailing departed later than scheduled and you were not advised. You raised this with us whilst you were in resort and we responded back to you, however you feel we were not taking responsibility for the lack of information provided. We liked having an all-in holiday arranged, incl. ferry and hotel. We asked for further info on the hotel at one stage: we were told to speak to the hotel, which was not very helpful.
