We are sorry to learn of the inconvenience you faced with the parking of your car on the ferry and the insufficient space around your vehicle. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you and for that we are sorry. We also regret to hear about your disappointing experience at the Beachcombers Hotel. Excellent Holiday

Efficient and polite. Provided good supply of information.slight confusion over whether they were part of Premier holidays or separate which affected our transport to hotel.
