Professional, efficient overall great service

Very efficient and personal and professional. Whilst in Jersey, transfers were effortless. We didn't need the rep's support fortunately! But was nice to know they were available.

Excellent service with upto date information, checking on line and printing boarding passes. Transport arranged both ways and rep in hotel if required.
