It was very easy to order however the fact there were 2 different versions of the chair, i.e. with or without arm rests was not apparent until after I placed my order, I called within 2 or 3 minutes...

Good product but leaves scratches

Excellent product and fast delivery. However, it does leave small scratches on the desk. Would be better if this had roller balls to assist it moving.
