Offering a phone line to help with online orders would have been useful at the time it is of little help know. The person on the phone could have given this number and I would have been happy to try, but she gave the impression it was take it or leave it nothing she could do or advise. If you wish me to continue to purchase books, I suggest you refund the shipping cost on my last order which would have been free with an online order.
