Not quick installation.
No router delivered on proper date. The BT technician said that the connexion could have been made earlier. Phone assistance is a bit more helpful

Disgusting
They should have a technical support team available at weekends, and answer their phone more quickly. I have been on the phone for nearly an hour!!!
