As i receive a lot of nuisance calls I was worried when you called. I found your sales man difficult to understand as I was not expecting a call from you otherwise I would have given you five stars!

Mixed, customer service could be better
They take ages to answer the phone and then it's very confusing to change to another provider.

Somewhat helpful/not possible to get through to anyone on the helpline
