I still do not have access to the internet after nearly a month. I have paid money for a non existent service so far. My welcome letter says my contract started on 3rd September which is wrong....

My internet went off after only having it installed for 3 hours. There was no way of contacting you as it was on the weekend so I had no internet over the weekend

The engineer was very prompt, earlier than said in fact, which was brilliant as it didn't intrude on my day. The router arrived on time, and everything was sorted within a few minutes.

Unhappy
At the moment I would not recommend pop telecom 3 times a customer service advisor took my bank details and 3 times they took it down wrong Resulting in the switch over being delayed by a few weeks...
