Thank you for your message, I am so sorry that you weren't satisfied with the product. Not every customer sees changes in their dog within three weeks and sometimes it can take up to two months for itching and scratching to stop. We do also recommend a grain free diet as dogs intolerance to grains can also cause itching and scratching, because of their sensitive digestion.
