Hello Ross, Our customer satisfaction surveys are sent out on our behalf by an independent operator. So we’ve done some investigating, and the problem is at their end, as normally you’d only receive one request for feedback. And there’s certainly no obligation to reply – it’s purely voluntary. Sorry this has happened and we’ll be working with our provider to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
