It seems that on this trip, and for reasons we have not been able to identify, you missed the airport transfer to the hotel, so sorry about this. I understand that you can now see that we did indeed refund you, which I believe you had missed until now. I’m please we cleared this up and that the rest of your holiday ran smoothly. Thank you again for booking with Planet and I hope we may help again.
Thank you for the comments Margaret. So sorry to hear you had a tummy bug, that can be very unpleasant I know. We have not heard of any other cases of this, but would very much welcome more details so we can feed it back to the hotel.

Many thanks for the recent feedback regarding your trip in June 2015. Vila d'Lo is a lovely accommodation in the Medina and we are really pleased it was a successful windsurfing trip. I look forward to planning the next excursion !!

many thanks for the feedback. We appreciate your comments and will always endeavour to provide the lowest costs available on the given day of booking your trip. Differences in cost can be attributed to many factors and booking with limited time to departure can lead to higher costs. I will be happy to offer Planet Travel's price match facility the next time you are looking to book :-)

thank you very much for the honest appraisal of the 2014 trip. We do our best to send the wind but sometimes it just isn't enough! Really happy to advise that the ION club centre in Le Morne is now the company's flagship centre - development has finished and the surroundings are befitting this amazing spot!

Hey Peter. Very sorry you feel we mislead you. Unfortunately BA air mile upgrades are not something we have any control over. I do understand that they are very restrictive so it was a shame they would not upgrade you on this occasion.
