Minitell is good product but a bit difficult to work if your not handy with your hands, but altogether very useful for being out-and-about and needing to keep doses correct.

Thank you for your recent review of the Minifone and we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the product.
With regards to your question about a longer strap, unfortunately there isn't one available but there should have been a lanyard cord enclosed with the Minifone to enable the user to wear the item around their neck. If for any reason this was not supplied, please do contact us and we would be happy to send one with our compliments.
This is my second purchase, I was so impressed with my alarm medication dispenser I have bought one for a friend. Excellent prompt service. Thank you.

Great product. Availability of spares is a lifesaver as my father's dementia is now worse, it has become necessary to lock his pill dispenser and the original keys had been lost. Next day delivery...
