Once again many thanks for your order and honest review with us.
As per our previous response to your service review, this item is named as such above as it is used as a wall clip for our stainless steel retractable belt posts. I think where the confusion lies is that on our invoice the line says "stainless steel wall clip" - this appears to have been shortened from the above in order to fit the wording in.
The wall clip itself is pictured as plastic on our website and is not made from stainless steel. Please note that we do not have a stainless steel wall clip in our range and it is not something our manufacturers make. From our experience, these plastic wall clips have always worked perfectly well while attached directly to walls.
We have since changed the name of this item on our website and in our order system in order to make it as clear as possible going forward- many thanks for bringing this to our attention.
