Recenze společnosti Simply Supplements

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry to hear of this matter and do apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused. All of our regulators only require us to guarantee an expiry date to ensure that there is sufficient time for consumption, so for example if you were to purchase a product that contained 60 tablets, if 1 per day were to be taken, we would only have to guarantee an expiry date of 60 days, if 2 a day were to be taken, we would only have to guarantee an expiry date of 30 days. As the Glucosamine & Chondroitin does recommend taking 3 capsules a day, we only need to guarantee an expiry date of up to 4 months. If you are choosing to buy a large supply, we would recommend that you always contact us prior to purchasing this so that we can let you know the expiry dates of the products that you would like to buy and then you can make an informed decision on whether it is in your best interest to purchase the larger quantity. However, please rest assured that we have forwarded your comments on as feedback to the appropriate department. If we can be of any help at all regarding this, or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@simplysupplements.co.uk Once again, please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused. Kind Regards, Suzie Hopkins
