Thanks for your review. I would point out that you made your order on 23rd April, and it was shipped that day for next day delivery. TNT attempted delivery on the 24th - the next day - but got no answer, and say they left a note. According to their records, they were in contact with you and tried again on the 25th April, when once again they got no reply, and so once again left a note. Their tracking says they tried three more times and were finally successful on 3rd May. At no point did you contact us to enquire about your goods - all we knew is that they’d been shipped on the day your ordered for next day delivery, and delivery was indeed attempted the next day.
