Apologies for the confusion with invoicing. Piggygarden isn't a marketing name - what actually happened is that due to IT issues our supplier issued our cost-price invoice to some customers rather than to us, something for which they accept they are completely at fault for. Obviously, the price a company pays its suppliers will be lower than the price at which it sells to the customer, the price difference being our gross profit. It should not have happened, so once again, our sincere apologies.
