I dealt with Nick who was absolutely amazing. He communicated with me the whole way through and when my vehicle was delivered he personally took the time to explain everything I needed to know....
Let down on delivery dates due to PHVC sub-contractors, still awaiting completion.

Thank you for your feedback. All new vehicles were delivered on time but unfortunately the specially built roof racks were delayed. This is now being resolved, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Just entirely for the record the vehicles were not delivered on time. PHVC may have received them on time but we most certainly did not and to actually receive them at all (albeit without roof-racks) took a lot of chasing and unanswered calls and emails.
