Very poor. This is before the postal strikes.
Haven't received my goods still waiting for my paid goods.
This is over a week since being told the goods where despatched
Originally Good offer. Disappointed shampoo and conditioner now cheaper elsewhere

I give Philip Kingsley Customer Service five stars because they went above and beyond what good client services are about. When I inquired about my order, which hadn't arrived in the expected time...
My order never arrived. It was ordered three weeks ago. I’ve emailed multiple times as no one has got back to me. Terrible customer service and will not be buying from this company again
