After my original parcel went missing Ashley from customer service looked into it and sent me a replacement parcel. So 3 weeks on I have my order and am pleased to say it seems to be 💯. The company isn’t a scam It just takes more time than the delivery states on the website. Would defo use again but be more patient next time!! Have updated my star rating too!
