Sadly, despite the above, the tracking still states that Royal Mail are awaiting receipt of the medication. This is really sad given I’ve never had any issues before and have used this company on numerous occasions. I’ve messaged for an update and will see what they say. If no delivery or update to tracking by the end of this week, I’ll seek a refund. If challenges occur like people have mentioned above, I’ll contact my credit card company and ask them to deal with it under connected lender liability. I don’t have any other options given the order went in on 26th October and I was advised delivery within 5-7 days.
