Hi Chloe It’s the huge delays that are frustrating. Can you improve the delivery process? I am still waiting for my last order and a refund from a customs refused order.

Having contacted support they are most unhelpful and not interested. Especially after I spoke to Royal Mail who accepted that the package was again lost, which your support did not do. Very frustrating why don't you use a better form of delivery like special delivery or guarantee delivery.

Easy to use

Been long waits on deliveries and cancelled items recently. To be fair to EU some of this won’t be down to them but it is frustrating. Overall it’s a very good service to use.

Getting better…

I currently have 2 orders marked as ‘completed’ But haven’t received them to date. However, I would buy from them again as they usually turn up eventually. Availability can be patchy too.
