You could have dispatched with Royal Mail as you usually do as it seems orders sent this way are arriving. Evri are notorious for delays are lost parcels so to use them as a courier when it’s for something as important and sensitive as medication is a questionable choice. Your delivery is advertised as 5-6days. If my medication has not arrived by early next week I will be requesting a refund as I will have to seek an alternative.

Edit - order was placed on 1 Dec, still not arrived. Tracking still has not updated and is stuck on ‘we are expecting your parcel’ from Evri. I am assuming my parcel is lost. They are refusing a refund. Customer services are copying and pasting their responses. Have said they are going to chase it up with the pharmacy and Evri and have done neither. I’ve previously left positive reviews but this experience has been horrendous. I feel like I will be left to go through my bank for a refund.

UPDATE - eu meds have finally admitted my parcel is lost and issued a refund. anyone waiting for their order with Evri I wouldn’t hold your breath….
